Terms and Conditions
By commissioning custom content, the creator will dedicate the resulting content to the commissioner and include the commissioners wishes and fantasies. When commissioning custom content, there is no transfer of rights at any point. The ownership and all the rights to the resulting content remain with the creator. The creator will not use said content for any other purpose during the first month. During the first 30 days after the transaction was completed, said content will be exclusively available to the commissioner, to the creator and to other creators appearing in said content. After 30 days, the creator may partially or fully use said content for any purpose.
The transaction is completed, as soon as the payment is processed and the resulting content was sent to the commissioner. The commissioner may ask for a refund as long as the creator did not start working on said commission. Once the creator started working on the commission, refund is explicitly excluded.
